Louisville, Kentucky-based Beam Technologies has launched SmartPremiums, its dental insurance plan, in California.

After reducing its FDA 510(k)-cleared smart toothbrush from $49.99 down to $24.99, Beam Technologies is offering a new version of its product, via pre-orders, for $19.99.
